We have decided that it is time to put our house up for sale. We love it, our neighbors and the area we live in. This past year has been a bit of a struggle for us since Doug works in the title business and that works hand in hand with real-estate and as we all know, real-estate is in the dumps right now. The market is very slow right now so we aren't planning on leaving right away, but we wouldn't mind if the house sold this week.
We were told that word of mouth is the way to go so to all of you who are reading this, you're more than welcome to share the information. I have the house listed on KSL.com and Craigslist.com and I have a blog which is http://www.stansburyhouse4sale.blogspot.com/ Feel free to look and share the information.
We don't know where we are going to go or what we will do next but I'm sure we will figure it out. A couple options we had were to build another house out here, purchase out by Monique in Clinton or just stay in this house and hope that next year will be more productive. Hmmm!
