Memorial Day

On Memorial day we had to stop at Harmons. Doug ran in while the kids and I stayed in the car. I had to take a picture of these flags that were flying in the wind. They created a great picture for what Memorial day was like this year.

When the kids found out that President Hinckleys headstone was right across the street from Grandpa Jensens, they had to go check it out. It is enormous and has a plate on it that explains that it was made from the granite that was left over from the Conference center.

What a nice memorial day we had. It wasn't to hot and it wasn't to cold. We took our yearly picture at the Salt Lake City Cemetery with all of the grandchildren.

What a beautiful flag picture.

It is so incredible that as small as your kids are they recognized and loved President Hinckley, and how they loved Grandpa Jensen. What an opportunity to remember both of them year by year as they go to the cemetary. Love you
